The best way to find out is to spend a summer with NMTC
(NCEM's Missionary Training Course). This 7-week program will give you
firsthand cross-cultural experience.
Though NMTC includes training
sessions in evangelism and outdoor living skills, trainees spend the
majority of their time "on their own" (in teams of two) in a
First Nations community.
