Year-round Cooking, Construction & Maintenance Opportunities
 Occasions arise where short-term help is needed to assist resident
missionaries in their spiritual ministries on the various stations. Also,
furloughing missionaries may require someone to fill in during their absence.
The duration of this type of short-term service will vary depending on the need.
For those skilled in construction and other technical trades, opportunities
arise regularly. Short-term service of this nature could range from several days
to several months in duration.
NCEM's Bible Centres are used for Native church gatherings, family camps,
youth retreats, and missionary training. People with abilities in cooking and
building/grounds maintenance can be of great help. Service duration can range
from one weekend to several weeks.
(Those involved in special assignment technical work are usually not required
to go through NCEM's normal application process.)
